Debarati Talapatra

Debarati has over twelve years of experience across consumer insights and management consulting. She started her career at ORG-MARG, where she managed core accounts such as Star TV, Coca-Cola India, Gitanjali Jewellers etc. She later moved on to management consulting at Infosys Technologies, where she worked on consulting projects across sectors such as Financial Services, Media & Entertainment and Retail, and anchored the Offshore Research Centre for Infosys Consulting, Inc.

She then joined Fidelity Investments, where she led multiple projects on opportunity and market assessments, competitive strategy and product development focused on the US Financial Services space. She also helped set gold standards for recruitment, training and project management.

Prior to Pixights, Debarati worked with Star TV, on network-wide strategy projects focused on marrying content development with India’s socio-economic reality. To optimise research budgets and ensure quality control, she also managed relationships with market research agencies.

Debarati has a PG degree in Marketing Communications from MICA specialising in Market Research. Debarati is an avid reader, amateur chef and a trivia buff and brings her creative approach to problem solving to the team.
